Müller Menü has developed a practical and cost-effective packaging solution to ensure our products keep their freshness and arrive safely. Our practical packing ensures that our complete menus, menu components and side dishes are easy to handle and prepare both for canteen staff and customers.
Boil-in-bag packaging from Müller Menü
Many of our products are available in boil-in-bag packaging. The advantages of this form of packaging are evident in that fact that our meals retain their tastes and aroma, arrive fresh and don’t dry out nor stick together through heating. Depending on the demand and purpose of our meals, we deliver our menu components for further processing in large boil-in-bag packages, or for individual preparation of single portions in individual boil-in-bag packages.
Gastronorm bowls
The delivery of menu components and side dishes in ½ gastronorm bowls offers a lot of advantages. The professional handling and heating of the dishes in canteens is quick and uncomplicated. The convenience of this form of packaging is immediately apparent in the expedience and taste– that is exactly what you get with the gastronorm bowls from Müller Menü.
Buckets for sauces and stews
For the easy handling of large volumes of sauces we use 5 kg-synthetic buckets.
Menu bowls with valve function
For occasions in which consumers heat single portions for themselves our menu bowl with valve functions are used. In this form of packaging we pack, for example, complete ready meals (fresh and frozen) that can be heated in the microwave without removing or piercing the lamination on top. The contents of these dishes don’t dry out during heating.
