Our responsibility in regards to the handling of food requires the identification and evaluation of possible dangers and risks in the production process, as well as in the fulfilling of established product safety measures.
Control as a Systematic Part of the Production
The adherence of legal rules and standards of food laws, the Codex Alimentarius, of business laws, and of environmental laws is treated with the utmost respect at Müller Menü. The product safety of our foods is secured by an implemented process (HACCP-standard). We have established screening programmes and integrated further control measures to ensure the highest degree of quality and safety of all our products (e.g. FSCC 22000).
Every employee at Müller Menü is actively integrated in the management system and has the right, and also the duty, to work towards the elimination of possible circumstances that could impair the quality and safety of our food products. The safety and improvement of our product is our team’s number one priority. Through regular training courses we promote the conscious engagement and active collaboration of all employees. Both are strongly anchored by the Müller Menü culture.
